From Cup of Excellence Award winner Miguel Molina Navarro, we are delighted to launch this unique coffee from his family-owned and operated farm with experience of over 25 years. It spans a field of 50 acres in Copalchi, Cartago. With the income from coffee, Olman supports his wife and two children, as well as providing care for his disabled sister.
At Finca Miguel Molina ripe cherries are hand-picked and processed in-house using the fully washed method, where cherries are removed (de-pulped) from the beans, washed and left carefully to sun-dry on raised beds. This coffee is a balanced flavoursome coffee, with a sweet and juicy taste and a balanced to low acidity.
Goes very well with HARIO V60 and other pour-over methods, Cafflano® Kompact, and Aeropress, or makes a pleasant cortado.
