She plans to keep on improving her estate and be innovative in all level of coffee processing. Her dream is to become one of the best coffee growers worldwide.
This wonderful coffee has flavours reminiscent to chocolate covered cherry, sweet and tart acidity, with a round body and smooth aftertaste. We recommend you brew at temperatures not less than 92Celsius/197F
Goes very well with HARIO V60 and other pour-over methods, Cafflano® Kompact, and Aeropress.
