Rovira works with coffee for 20 years and gives it her profound experience in the coffee growing. Three years ago she managed to bargain coffee seeds that turned to be the new variety called pink bourbon. The coffee with very particular and desired profile. That moment changed her life and way of working in coffee. She becomes even more eager to produce high-quality coffee.

La Pelota is an extremely small farm, not larger than 2 acres and it received its name from the geometrical shape of the land (translated to English means “ball”).

 

Rovira believes that coffee brings people together. And this approach along with her love, passion for coffee and advantage of the land and climate helps her to produce unique coffee that is recognized internationally. She plans to keep on improving her estate and be innovative in all level of coffee processing. Her dream is to become one of the best coffee growers worldwide.

This wonderful coffee has flavours reminiscent to chocolate covered cherry, sweet and tart acidity, with a round body and smooth aftertaste. We recommend you brew at temperatures not less than 92Celsius/197F

Goes very well with HARIO V60 and other pour-over methods, Cafflano® Kompact, and Aeropress.
